Jeep offers seven different trim levels for the 2020 Wrangler Unlimited lineup: The Sport, Sport S, Sport Altitude, Sahara, Rubicon, Willys, and the Black and Tan. Each trim level is available in a soft-top or hard top option. With 17 and 18-inch aluminum wheel options, tow hooks, skid plates, all-terrain tires, and side rails, plus several upgrades depending on the trim, the Wrangler Unlimited combines the rugged dependability of the base Wrangler with the room of other competing midsize SUVs.

The Wrangler Unlimited offers several different powertrain options. The base engine is a 3.6-liter V-6 capable of 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. This engine configuration is paired with the Wrangler’s standard six-speed manual transmission, but an upgrade to the eight-speed automatic is available. For additional options, Jeep offers the turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine capable of up to 270 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque paired with an eight-speed automatic. Both the standard V-6 and optional four-cylinder have the option to upgrade to the hybrid eTorque, but only on the Sahara trim.

The Wrangler Unlimited provides stability, high-performance traction, and maneuverability. With moisture-resistant body openings and high air intakes, the Unlimited can take you further into wet conditions off the road. With its maneuverability, the Unlimited makes tight turns and quick swerves easy and smooth to handle. The Unlimited also offers up to 3,500 pounds of towing capacity with a fuel efficiency rating of 21 miles per gallon in the city and 22 miles per gallon on the highway.

The Unlimited provides adequate comfort and functionality for its class, and all trims feature a fold-down windshield, manual locks and mirrors, cruise control, a push-to-start button, height-adjusted driver’s seat, two-way adjustments for lumbar support, and a one-sided folding rear seat. The Wrangler Unlimited isn’t lacking for entertainment technology, either. With Bluetooth connectivity, a 5-inch touchscreen, USB ports for charging, and a backup camera, the Unlimited is comfortable enough for both short and long drives. If you want upgrades, the Unlimited offers those, too. Some are stand-alone options or grouped feature packages that you can add to your Jeep. Some individual upgrades include remote start, keyless entry, heated seating and steering upgrades, and leather upholstery. Grouped options include the infotainment console, which includes an 8.4-inch touchscreen display featuring navigation assistance and a nine-speaker Alpine audio system.

Feel secure driving long or short distances with Jeep’s blind-spot monitoring system, front-end collision warning, and adaptive cruise controls. The Wrangler is built tough and secure with high-strength steel to maximize your collision protection. An advanced air bag safety system features ready-to-deploy front and rear air bags for all passengers in the event of an accident.
